1: 1/32 duty, 0: 1/16 duty
Increments column address
counter by 1 when display is
written.
(This is not done when data is read)
Cancels the Ready Modify Write
mode.
Resets the display START line to
the 1st line in the register.
Resets the column address counter
to 0 and page address to 0.
