Electrical parameters of TGP components
The matched output power and open circuit output
voltage of the TGP depend on the temperature gradi-
ent across the device.
To achieve well defined test conditions, both the hot
and cold side of the TGP component are held at de-
fined temperatures.
The characterization measurements of the TGP is
based on a fixed temperature gradient across the
device.
