STARTUP AND SHUTDOWN RESPONSE
Transfer Capacitor 2 Positive Connection. See the Component Selection section for capacitor value.
Output. Bypass to GND with a 1µF ceramic capacitor. Connect to the anodes of all the LEDs. OUT is
high impedance during shutdown.
