Pomona
BNC Test Clip Adapters: Two BNC Test Clip Adapters are provided to allow testing of twisted pair wires. The test
adapters convert one end of the BNC cable to either Minigrabber® Test Clips or alligators to allow testing of twisted
pair wires. The test clip adapters can also attach directly to the LAN tester for cable testing. The alligator clips are
steel/nickel plated with vinyl boots. The Minigrabber® test clip features durable Beryllium Copper material with gold
plating for low contact resistance.
Coaxial Adapters: Eight adapters are included in this kit to allow the cable installer or LAN manager different
alternatives when connecting BNC and Type “N” coax connectors to LAN networks and LAN testers. The adapter
shells are brass with a tarnish resistant finish, the male center contacts are gold plated brass while the female centers are
gold plated beryllium copper.
Terminators: BNC and Type “N” terminators in the most needed values are included in this kit. Resistance values are
clearly marked on the part. The BNC terminators have 3.5 inch long beaded chains while the Type “N” have 5 inch
chains.
