new changes will have same electrical functionality as the existing product.

Reasons for Change:
This is to ensure continuous supply of these products and to consolidate Avago CM base for Smart Displays
products.
Effect of Change on Fit, Form, Function, Quality, or Reliability:
There will be no change in form, function, quality or reliability on the final products. Appropriate electrical
characterization and reliability qualification has been performed on the product to ensure normal parametric
distribution and consistence electrical and reliability performance.
Effective Date of Change:
New changes will be implemented on 17
mixture of new and old sites. Products with Country of Origin from Philippines are from new site.
