Command to write the setup values to the EPROM

[LCD Module #] is the switch number (31H for switch 1, 32H for switch 2)

Command to transfer the RAM to specified address

[Address] is one byte with value of 01H to FFH.

This command writes the setup values to the flash as per the following table. Once commanded the
values become permanent.
