Virtual Serial Port
LED Display Port
J6 - Enable Port for LED Display (driven by Logic Invertor 74AC04)

The DEMO9S08MP16 board has a built-in virtual serial port which may be
connected to the MP16 processor’s SCI RXD/TXD. This allows certain PC
applications to be able to connect in a serial fashion to the microcontroller
without the actual use of serial port hardware. It can be enabled or disabled
by installing or removing the jumpers of J4 and J5.
The DEMO9S08MP16 has 6 LEDs connected to signals PTC0 to PTC5 via
logic invertors 74AC04. They can be enabled or disabled by installing or
removing the corresponding jumper, J16, in the LED_ENABLE header.
The DEMO9S08MP16 has implemented 4 user LEDs that connect to signals
PTA4 to PTA7. they are enabled by header J13.
