CHARGE CYCLE STATE
Power-Good (PG) option is only available on MCP73837. The PG option is
an open-drain output. The PG is low whenever the input to the MCP73837
is above the UVLO (Undervoltage Lockout) threshold and greater than the
battery voltage.
