Displays or initializes the performance measurement result.
Format:
pa [[<channel>] <display_mode>]

Performance Measurement Function
PERFORMANCE_ANALYSIS Command: PA
When <channel_number> is omitted at the initialization of the performance
measurement result, all performance measurement results are initialized.
When measurement channels 1 and 2 are not set or when the performance result is 0,
do not specify the rate1 or rate2 keyword for the <mode> parameter.
When the <display_mode> item is omitted, only the performance measurement results
are displayed.
