The LCA129 is a 250V, 170mA, 20Ω, normally open
(1-Form-A) solid state relay featuring high sensitivity
with enhanced peak load current capability. It uses
optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide
3750V
MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die use Clare’s
patented OptoMOS architecture. The optically coupled
output is controlled by a highly efficient GaAIAs
infrared LED.
LCA129 can be used to replace mechanical relays,
and offers the superior reliability associated with
semiconductor devices. Because it has no moving
parts, it offers faster, bounce-free switching in a more
compact surface mount or thru-hole package.
