Changing the Vos Trim methodology at wafer level through a metal mask change to the P+ Resistor array in the input stage.
Increased resolution of Vos Trim to improve Vos distribution for improved quality.
This change will improve Vos distribution and hence quality of the part. This change will have no effect on the form, fit, function or reliability of the
device.

Qualification has been performed per Mil-Std-883C Method 5005 Group C. See attached Reliability Report.
