Description
The Microchip Technology Inc. MCP6L91/1R/2/4 family
of operational amplifiers (op amps) provides wide
bandwidth for the current. The input bias currents and
voltage ranges make it easier to fit into many
applications.
This family has a 10 MHz Gain Bandwidth Product
(GBWP) and a low 850 µA per amplifier quiescent
current. These op amps operate on supply voltages
between 2.4V and 6.0V, with rail-to-rail input and output
swing. They are available in the extended temperature
range.
