Lead terminals are immersed in rosin for 5 seconds and then
immersed in a solder bath of +230 ±5°C for 2 ±0.5 seconds.
1. Refer to the Recommended Temperature Profile for Reflow
Oven.
For 10 seconds, the force of 9.8 N (1.0 kg) is applied from behind
the part which is soldered onto the PC Board.
The buzzer should be measured after a vibration amplitude of
1.55 mm with 10 ~ 55 Hz band of vibration frequency to each of
the 3 perpendicular directions for 6 hours.

After being placed in a chamber at +80°C for 96 hours.
After being placed in a chamber at -30°C for 96 hours.
After being placed in a chamber at +40°C and 90 ±5% RH for
2 hours.
The part will be subjected to 5 cycles. One cycle will consist of:

The part will be subjected to 250 hours of continuous operation at
70°C with rated voltage applied.
2. Intermittent life test:
A duty cycle of 1 minute on, 1 minute off, a minimum of 5,000
times at room temp (+25 ±2°C) with rated voltage applied.
