Subject: Material change on the case and bushing of the ET Series Toggles and
To Whom It May Concern:
This notification is being provided to C&K Customers and Distributors who receive the
following series from C&K:
Reason for Change: Standardizing 4/6 Nylon on sub-miniature series. 4/6 nylon has a
Effect on Product:
There will be no effect to the form, fit, and function of these switches. C&K has been
using red 6/6 nylon and thermo set in this series for many years. C&K will now be using
a natural (white) 4/6 nylon that has a higher temperature rating. This is the same material
that is currently being used on the SMT versions of the ET Series.
Product Delivery during Transition:
Manufacturing sites will transition to the 4/6 nylon once current inventory of the red 6/6
nylon has been consumed.
