Pin Function
Output voltage regulated to 5.0V, 4.5V, or 4.0V.
Positive terminal of bucket capacitor 1.
Input voltage ranging from 2.5V to 6.5V.
Bits select the charge pump operating frequency from 8kHz, 32kHz, 262kHz, and 650kHz.
Frequency selection is defi ned in Table 1 on page 9.
Active high enable. Bias current is less than 1μA when set low.
Negative terminal of bucket capacitor 2.
