EK-F3 Evaluation Kit
Introduction
The CMOSens EcoLine EM1 Mass Flow Meter (MFM) enables fast and economical measurement of gas
flows over a very wide dynamic range. Its leading price/performance ratio is based on Sensirion’s unsur-
passed CMOSens
converter circuit on one single CMOS chip. This results in very good performance, fast response time and
large dynamic range at very attractive cost.
The EM1 evaluation kit EK-F3 offers an easy-to-use environment to illustrate the unique features of the
sensor system and to adapt it to your specific application. The contents of the kit are listed below (see
Figure 1 and Table 1). It includes one EM1 meter, a serial interface cable, various standard fittings for an
easy flow connection, and a Viewer Software to make the measurement results visible on a PC.
