Shifty Signals:
Signals of different frequencies travel at different speeds through standard audio cables, causing a time difference or shift
between the high and low frequency signals resulting in a slightly shifted, off Sync, sound. GC Electronic Ultra Home Theater
Audio Cables eliminate these time differences by using conductors of different diameters and strands. Rectifying the time dif-
ference allows the signals of various frequency ranges to arrive at the speakers at the same time, enhancing the quality of the
signal for truer sound reproduction.
Mud in your Ear:
Most audio cables have a relatively high capacitance. A high capacitance cable increases High Frequency Loss and Phase-
Shift, washing out High Frequencies and weakening Low Frequencies, resulting in a muddy sound. GC Ultra Home Theater
Audio Cables have very low capacitance giving crisper high tones and stronger low end bass.
The Trouble with Treble:
Normal audio cables have a skin effect problem. The skin effect concentrates the high frequency Treble current on the surface
of the wire, causing high frequency distortions that rob the music of crisp high frequency tones. GC Ultra Home Theater
Audio Cables apply a “Litz Structure” that prevents high frequency skin effect distortions resulting in a much improved high-
frequency Treble.
