Bit 9: Transmit Voice FIFO Reset (TVFRST)

Bit 8: Transmit Voice Clock Invert (TVCLKI).
Bits 3-7: Transmit Voice Octets Per Frame (TVOPF[4:0]). Controls the number of octets that are used for voice
traffic per frame. Note: Max. number of octets allowed to be used for voice is 16.
