Temperature sensors are integrated in the power stages. Each half bridge (HS+LS) is equipped with one
temperature sensor. The temperature monitoring circuit compares the measured temperature to the shutdown
thresholds. If one or more temperature sensors reach the shutdown temperature T
Flag is set to LOW. This Error Flag is not latched (i.e. if the temperature falls below the switch on threshold T
the Error Flag is automatically reset to HIGH again). This is shown in
Figure 8
