DESCRIPTION:

This document describes ValueRAM's CL3 32M x 64-bit (256MB) SDRAM (Synchronous

DRAM) PC133 Small Outline DIMM memory module. The components on this module

include eight 16M x 16-bit (4M x 16-bit x 4 Bank / PC133 components) 4K Refresh SDRAM

in TSOP packages. This 144-pin SODIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +3.3V.

The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
