Description
The Microchip Technology Inc. MCP6002 operational
amplifier is targeted towards general purpose applica-
tions. The Dual MCP6002 has 1 MHz bandwidth and
90° phase margin (typ.). It also maintains 45° phase
margin (typ.) with 500 pF capacitive load. This device
operates from a single supply voltage as low as 1.8 V,
while drawing 108 µA (typ.) quiescent current. In addi-
tion, MCP6002 supports rail-to-rail input and output
swing, with a common mode input voltage range of

This device is specified from -40°C to +85°C with a
power supply range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V.
