AGND. For the MAX1323/MAX1327, connect MSV directly to AGND.
Clock-Mode Select Input. Use INTCLK/EXTCLK to select the internal or external conversion clock.
Connect INTCLK/EXTCLK to AV

Midscale Reference Bypass or Input. REF
