Dual Full-Bridge PWM Motor Driver
The A3964 is supplied in a 20-lead SOIC with internally fused pins
for enhanced thermal dissipation. The package is lead (Pb) free with
100% matte tin leadframe plating. The power pins are at ground
potential and need no electrical isolation.
