The A8450 is supplied in a 24-pin SOIC-W package (part number
suffix LB) with internally-fused power ground pins for enhanced
thermal performance. This provides an R
board (see chart on p. 5). The lead (Pb) free version has 100% matte
tin leadframe plating.
