The CKY473A8 manual tool kit is designed to open Rocard card kits (Card accessories).
The toolkit consists out of a separation tool and a manual drill tool. The separation tool
consists out of a position plate, a hole-pattern block, and two lower and upper clamps
which can be closed by respectively two ratchet handles and four spring loaded latches.
The manual drill tool consists out of a drill chuck and a pump screwdriver. First the card kit
that has to be separated has to be placed in the position plate. Then the tool must be
closed. Next the lower and upper clamps must be closed. Further the press pegs of the
antenna extension can be drilled out by means of the manual drill tool. Herewith the hole
pattern block acts as a guiding feature for the drill. Last, the tool must be opened by
means of the ratchet handle on the top. Finally the two shields are separated, and the PCB
can easily be removed.
Remark:
After separation, top- and bottom cover and top-and bottom shield are damaged and can
not be reused anymore.
The separation tool CKY473A7 and CKY473A12 doesn't make use of the drill tool. All the
process-steps related to the drill operation are not applicable for this tool.

unlocking the drill tool, make sure the drill is pointed away from face or body and retain
