For the quad op amp, AD8674, the operating temperature range is changed from "-40C to +125C"
to "-40C to +85C".
Junction temperature calculations show the junction temperature is too high when operating
at an ambient temperature above 85C. There is no change to the AD8674 silicon.
The reliability will be improved by restricting the ambient operating temperature
range, which will reduce the junction temperature.
Applies to all AD8674 material.
The changes will be reflected in Rev D of the AD8674 datasheet. Rel calculator on external ADI web site.
The operating temperature range for the AD8674 was erroneously listed as "-40C to +125C"
The correct information is "-40C to +85C".
