HOW TO EXECUTE THE “PKT TX” FEATURE: When ready to transmit, the blinking
text PKT TX and 0000 is displayed. On the RX, a portion of the data packet (for exam-
ple, 0D5500) and a 4-digit number is displayed. This number is the packet number
sent by the TX. Transmission is indicated on the LCD of the TX by an AVR logo (blink-
ing) and an antenna icon. When a packet is sent, the 4-digit number on the TX
display is incremented. At the RX, the 4-digit number is set to the packet number sent
by the TX.
