Settings are:
bit-7: Reserved
bit-6: Reserved
bit-5: Reserved
bit-4: Reserved
bit-3: Reserved
bit-2: API Send Data Complete
bit-1: Transmit API
bit-0: Receive API
The minimum RSSI required. Packets received
with a weaker RSSI than this threshold will be
discarded.
Provides factory calibration and test date.
0 = Disabled
1 = Enable
