stipulated specifications one year from the date of purchase. Omron is

design furnished by Buyer and incorporated into equipment.
This warranty is voided if the product is altered in any way or suffers
consequential damage due to negligence or misuse.
Omron is not to suffer risk due to the suitability or unsuitability or the
results of the use of its products used in combination with any electrical
or electronic components, circuits, systems, assemblies or any other
materials or substances or environments.
The foregoing warranty is the only warranty which Omron Electronics
LLC provides with respect to the products listed herein. No other
warranties, expressed, implied or statutory shall apply, whether as to
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, description, or
otherwise.
Limitation of Liability: Notwithstanding any other statement herein,
Omron Electronics LLC, its contractors and suppliers shall not be liable
for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The
remedies of the purchaser set forth herein are exclusive where so
stated, and the total cumulative liability of Omron Electronics LLC, its
contractors and suppliers, with respect to this contract or anything
done in connection therewith, shall not exceed replacement price
reimbursement as to the product on which such liability is based.
