This command defines the maximum time allowed between completion of dialing and the
connection being established. If this time is exceeded, then the connection is aborted. The
value is not persistent.
Command syntax: ATS7=<value>
<value>
This command specifies the amount of time, in seconds, that the DCE shall pause, during
signaling of call addressing information to the network (dialing), when a “,” (comma) dial
modifier is encountered in a dial string. No effect for GSM.
