AD5668, AD5648 and AD5628 all-layer redesign resulting in the following changes:
Die size change
FROM: 2745um X 3555um
TO: 2645um X 2645um
Change in AD5668, AD5648 and AD5628 specifications as follows:
Zero-Code Error
From: 1mV (typ) and 9mV (max)
T o: 6mV (typ) and 19mV (max)
Offset Error
From: +/-1mV (typ) and +/-9mV (max)
T o: +/-6mV (typ) and +/-19mV (max)
Change in AD5628 A-Grade specification as follows:
Relative Accuracy
From: +/-2LSB (max)
T o: +/-4LSB (max)
All-layer redesign to reduce die-size in order to fit in 4x4 16-LFCSP and to improve manufacturability.
With the exception of the above changes, there will be no impact on fit, form, function and reliability of the AD5668/48/28.
Estimated changeover in April 2011.
All products branded with a date-code of 1112 or later will have the new revision of silicon
Qualification has been performed per ADI0012, Procedure for Qualification of New or Revised Processes. See attached Reliability Report.
The above specification changes will be reflected in RevE of the AD5668/48/28 datasheet.
Samples will be available from February 2011 and will be provided on request.
