Table 49 lists voltage and current measurements for a computer that contains the Desktop Board
D845EBG2/D845EPT2 and the following:
This information is provided only as a guide for calculating approximate power usage with
additional resources added.
Values for the Windows XP desktop mode are measured at 1024 x 768 and 75 Hz refresh rate. AC
watts are measured with the computer is connected to a typical 300 W power supply, at nominal
input voltage and frequency, with a true RMS wattmeter at the line input.
NOTE
Actual system power consumption depends upon system configuration. The power supply should
comply with the recommendations found in the ATX/ATX12V Power Supply Design Guide,
Version 1.1 (see Section 1.5 on page 18 for specification information).

The Desktop Boards D845EBG2 and D845EPT2 are designed to provide 2 A (average) of +5 V
