Clocking and Timing Characteristics
Low CLKIN frequency causes poor PLL performance. Choose a CLKIN frequency high enough to keep the frequency after the
predivider (SPLLMFCLK) higher than 18 MHz.
CLKIN should have a 50% ± 5% duty cycle.
