Base address of the Tx AAL2 Connection Structure to which this event is being sent.
The base address is pointed to in increments of 64 bytes.
Start bit. When this bit is set, the first packet of an xxPCM channel can be sent. If an
event is received by an TX Connection structure with xxPCM channel waiting to
startup (i.e. I bit is cleared), only events with the ST bit set will allow the first packet to
be sent out (other event will be ignored).
TDM Write Pointer used to write xxPCM samples in the TX Circular Buffers at the
time of the generation of this event.
