Output overvoltage protect threshold. Tracking VID over
voltage threshold.
FAULT1, FAULT2 pin output masks. Inputs are enabled
for reporting when set to logic 1. If multiple inputs are
selected, output is “OR” of selected input signals.
Shutdown control mask. Inputs are enabled for shutdown
when set to logic 1. If multiple inputs are selected, output is
“OR” of selected input signals.

must be selected in sequential order.
