The phase noise is measured with the Agilent E5052A Signal Source Analyzer. All the closed-loop mea-
surements are done with fcomp=800 KHz and using a Reference Clock signal at 19.2 MHz with phase
noise of -141dBc/Hz @1KHz offset and -146dBc/Hz @10KHz offset.
