Serial EEPROM Support
The serial interface is used to provide access to an
external EEPROM. The Ethernet MAC automatically
loads the Device-ID from the EEPROM after Power-On
Reset. It can also be used to program the EEPROM
through the USB port.
VENDOR SPECIFIC EEPROM ENABLE
(for programming purposes)
This command is used to enable the EEPROM for
programming purposes.
