Test 1: The following inputs must remain steady at VCC or GND state to minimize sleep current: A0-A2, D0-D7,
IOR#, IOW# (R/W#), CSA# (CS#), CSB# (A3) and all modem inputs. Also, RXA and RXB inputs must idle
HIGH while asleep. Floating inputs may result in sleep currents in the mA range.
For PowerSave, the UART internally isolates all of these inputs (except the modem inputs) therefore
eliminating any unnecessary external buffers to keep the inputs steady.
