Errata No. 5
Problem: TXOK and RXOK bits in the Status Register are cleared by the IA82527.
Description:
Register (0x01) to be updated, potentially resulting in a previously set TXOK or RXOK bit being
cleared. Although the IA82527 may set these bits, only the CPU should clear them.
Workaround:
Errata No. 6
Problem: Setting the IntPnd bit to 1 from CPU interface will not cause Interrupt.
Description:
Register of the appropriate message box (assuming appropriate interrupt enables are set), and the
interrupt signal is asserted. The CPU will then reset IntPnd to clear the interrupt. The errata
issue occurs if the user directly sets the IntPnd bit via the CPU interface, no interrupt will be
generated.
Workaround:
During normal operation, a CAN message event sets the IntPnd bit of Control 0
Any receive or transmit causes both the RXOK and TXOK bits of the Status
None.
