COM Port Assignment
Next, to determine which COM port has been assigned, open the Windows Device Manager from the
System Control Panel.

Click on the Plus “+” sign next to the Ports tree to list the available COM port. You will see “EasySync
USB COM Port”, followed by a COMn assignment. And dual additional “EasySync USB Serial Converter
A” ,“EasySync USB Serial Converter B”.

To determine which COM port has been assigned to Converter A, B, the cursor point to the USB Serial
Port (COM10), (COM11), then right-click on it and select “Properties”, it shows their relationship to the
Converter A, B.
In the figure below, the Converter A is assigned to COM10; Converter B is assigned to COM11.
