Port 1
Port 1 is an 8-bit bidirectional CMOS-compatible I/O port. It can be configured under 
software control as inputs or outputs. A flash programming option bit is available to
connect eight pull-up transistors on this port. Bits programmed as output are globally
programmed as either push/pull or open-drain. The power-on reset function resets with the
eight bits of Port 1 [P17:10] configured as inputs.
