FRAME PAD, AND APPLY SOLDER. TO REMOVE THE
PART, APPLY FLUX, HEAT THE LEAD FRAME PAD UNTIL
THE SOLDER REFLOWS, AND USE A SOLDER WICK TO
REMOVE SOLDER.
