Initial Release

Custom 6.4V zener diode from Microsemi will be replaced by an equivalent PCB assembly alternative device which utilizes ADI components, namely the

AD1580BKSZ and the ADR550BKSZ. Both the standard part and the alternative PCB device are surface mount components and have the same attachment

foot print. Resistor value changes to R22 (1B22) from 28K ohms to 24.3K ohms and R12 (1B41) from 15.4K ohms to 15.0K ohms are necessary to achieve

duplicate electrical performance.

Increased raw material availability.

There will be no change to the product fit, form, electrical performance or product reliability.

Earliest possible date code is 0938.

Representative samples from the 1B21 family will be used as the qualification vehicle per the attached qualification plan.
