NOTIFICATION TYPE:

ON Semiconductor considers this change approved unless specific conditions of acceptance are provided

DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE:

Due to recent Scanning Acoustic Tomography (SAT) testing, the Moisture Sensitivity Level

(MSL) rating has been upgraded from MSL-3 to MSL-1 at 260C solder reflow temperature.

Thus, dry-packing is no longer required for shipments, effective immediately.
