Emulator does not work properly.
- The emulator may be damaged. Report LED status to
your local distributor.
- Check the emulator's target status LEDs. If
flashing, the emulator is not working properly.

port settings in the Init dialog box match.
- Try lowering the baud rate in the Init dialog
