The READP command instructs the programming
executive to read N 24-bit words of code memory
starting from the 24-bit address specified by Addr_MSB
and Addr_LS. This command can only be used to read
24-bit data. All data returned in response to this
command uses the packed data format described in

The PROGP command instructs the programming
executive to program one row of code memory (32
instruction words) to the specified memory address.
Programming begins with the row address specified in
the command. The destination address should be a
multiple of 0x40.
The data to program memory, located in command
words D_1 through D_48, must be arranged using the
packed instruction word format shown in
