Insert Idle Cycle
When EBI accessing continuously, there may occur bus conflict if the device access time is much
slow with system operating. NuMicro M051
During idle cycle, all control signals of EBI are inactive. The Figure 6.12-6 shows the idle cycle
waveform.
There are two conditions that EBI can insert idle cycle by timing control:

By setting ExtIW2X and ExtIR2R of register EXTIME, the time of idle cycle can be specified from
0~15 MCLK.
