sensitivity mode (HIGH or LOW).
This information is sent via a INF_RX_SENSITIVITY command.
This message informs the user about the current TCM radio sen-
sitivity.
Sensitivity= 0x00 Low sensitivity
Sensitivity= 0x01 High sensitivity
Performs a reset of the TCM microcontroller.
