悪化します。また、平坦度が＋100um以上の場合ＩＰＭの銅
ﾍﾞｰｽが変形し絶縁破壊を起こす危険性があります。
本製品は、インバータ用途への適用を前提に設計されております。コンバータ用途へ適用される場合は、
十分な検討が必要です。もし、コンバータへ適用される場合は御連絡ください。
