Inter modulation products
The IFR2026 synthesizer generates a two
tones signal (F1=180kHz, F2=280kHz); each
tone having the same amplitude level.
The HP3585 spectrum analyzer measures the
inter modulation products function of the output
voltage. The generator and the spectrum ana-
lyzer are phase locked for precision consider-
ations.
